About the Owner
Meghan Campbell has 11 years teaching experience and is certified in Polestar Pilates, Yoga Alliance (200 Hour EYRT Teacher Trainer), Gyrotonic/Gyrokinesis, and Core Align level 1. She is also a Certified Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist, and holds a B.S. in Holistic Health and Wellness/Kinesiology from Metro State College in Denver. Meghan's strength and love is working with clients who have injuries and pain using rehabilitative exercise and movement therapy. She has international experience as a teacher and instructor having worked in Singapore and Korea. Meghan is a dedicated, experienced, fully licensed expert trainer who loves helping people evolve and reach their goals.
Caitlin first fell in love with yoga in 2011. From the moment she took her first class, she felt the shift that yoga could have on her life both on and off her mat. From the early years of Caitlin's personal practice she had a desire to share her passion of yoga with others. In the spring of 2016, Caitlin fulfilled that dream by completing her 200-hour Power Yoga Teach Training. Caitlin's intention is to guide her students through a challenging but fun class, and encourage her students to explore how what we do on our mats can be translated into the real world.
Alexis Amos was born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana. Her passion for pilates and fitness came from her love for dance. She started dancing when she was sixteen years old. Even though she had a late start, she knew that she was passionate about movement and it was a gift. After a year of training at The Ballet Studio in Lafayette, Louisiana she went on to study at summer intensives such as The Ailey School and Nashville Ballet to advance her technique. She also obtained her B.S. in Exercise Science which allowed her to have a deeper understanding of the body as a dancer and instructor. As she trained to become a professional dancer throughout college, she began her pilates training through balance body. Her goal is to share her love for fitness with others, in hopes that everyone can leave her classes feeling stronger and pain free. Her most recent accomplishment was accepting a position as a full time first company member of the Cleo Parker Robinson Dance Ensemble. As a dancer she has depended on the Pilates technique and enjoys educating others about their bodies through movement. She is excited to be a part of the Fluid Fusion team!
David’s teaching style integrates his 200 HR certification in Dynamic Hatha Yoga and training in a full time professional circus school. His passion for providing a therapeutic aerial experience stems from a year of self contemplative practice during an immersion apprenticeship year at Circle Yoga Shala in rural Arkansas, and an understanding of being deeply centered in somatic experiences both comfortable and uncomfortable as a circus artist. David’s intention for teaching aerial yoga is to provide both a safe and exciting space to explore new and familiar foundations in yoga and for every client to reap the benefits of flying! David also has a BA in Criminology and holds certifications as a NASM personal trainer and AMA CPR/AED provider. He encourages all students to work towards solving their personal movement riddles and will guide you in the wonderful learning playground that is aerial yoga.
Carla recently relocated to Denver from California, where she had discovered the amazing benefits of the Pilates method. Carla also works full-time as a Director of Global Marketing for a Los Angeles based software company. She studied at the University of Michigan and earned her BA in 2004.
Haley Hill is from Corpus Christi, TX, earned a B.S. in Nutrition from the University of Texas at Austin and works in the financial services industry. She is passionate about educating clients on a wholistic approach to health: spiritually, physically, mentally and financially. Haley has a passion for nutrition and is skilled in teaching barre, aerial hammock yoga and comprehensive Pilates mat and equipment. Simple, mindful nutrition and a strong mind-body connection are the tenets of good health to Haley. She looks forward to helping clients achieve their personal best.
Julie has a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus along with a Masters in PT from the University of Evansville. She is SFMA trained and is currently working towards her Balanced Body Pilates Certification. At Fluid Fusion she offers Pilates group classes as well as Physical Therapy Consultations for our clients.
