Samantha discovered Pilates through a personal physical rehabilitation journey in the late 1990s. Initially trained through Polestar Pilates in 2009 and as a pre/post natal specialist through The Center for Women’s fitness in 2013, she believes her commitment to form and concentration helps her students to achieve their ultimate fitness and wellness goals.

Maria has been teaching with Fluid Fusion since 2013 and is STOTT certified. She has a very active lifestyle and loves to hike, ski, and bike. She has been involved in the fitness industry since she was 17 years old. Her dream is to become a physical therapist which is why she started teaching Pilates because she loves to make people feel better by relieving their pain. Maria is able to provide bilingual services in Spanish / Portuguese and English.

Danielle grew up playing competitive soccer through college, and after college she continued running and strength training. She had several leftover injuries from soccer and would frequently have to take time off to heal. As a personal trainer, she wanted to learn more about the body and find an exercise method that helped the body stay healthy and gain strength at the same time. Pilates became that exercise method for her. Pilates is an effective way to find balance, proper alignment, strength and confidence. She loves helping and challenging individuals to work towards being the best version of themselves. She truly believes "Change happens through movement and movement heals" -Joseph Pilates
