Meghan Campbell

Studio Owner | Master Trainer

Meghan has nearly 20 years of teaching experience and is certified in Polestar Pilates, Yoga Alliance, Barre, Aerial Yoga, Gyrotonic, Gyrokinesis and CoreAlign. She is also a certified medical assistant and phlebotomist, holding a B.S. in Holistic Health and Wellness/Kinesiology from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Meghan is passionate about using rehabilitative exercise and movement therapy to help clients who have experienced pain or injury. She has worked with clients internationally, spending time in Singapore and Korea, as well as across the Unites States in Wyoming, Arizona and now Colorado.

Samantha Tanenholtz

Pilates Instructor

 

Samantha discovered Pilates through a personal physical rehabilitation journey in the late 1990s. Initially trained through Polestar Pilates in 2009 and as a pre/post natal specialist through The Center for Women’s fitness in 2013, she believes her commitment to form and concentration helps her students to achieve their ultimate fitness and wellness goals.

Carie Campbell

Studio Co-Owner | Studio Backbone

Carie Campbell is the co-owner of this family business, Fluid Fusion and also Meghan’s mother. For 38 years Carie has worked in traditional medical practices and in IT Clinical Education both as a practice administrator and as a teacher/trainer. She has had an interest in personal fitness and Yoga since her college days and her time as a “dance mom”.  She has continued her commitment to fitness for the mind, body and protection from injury. Retired from those positions now she hopes to focus more time and attention on the studio.

Richard Campbell

Studio Co-Owner | Grounding Forces

Rich Campbell D.O. is a co-owner for Fluid Fusion family business and works for Banner Health Systems as an Osteopathic physician. As an Osteopathic physician Dr. Campbell has concern for the patients’ whole body and how fitness and exercise can be part of the medical treatment plan. He established and worked a Family, ER and OB practice in Wyoming for 30 years and now does hospital shift work at rural Colorado hospitals.
